Desperate to lose weight. Help.
So the below photo of my body was my wake up call. In the past year, I just blew up. Most of the weight being in my thighs and bottom... I gained 45 lbs and I'm now like 190 lbs. I just want my old body back!! I am so bloated right now. I tried slimfast diet about a month ago and only lasted 5 days... I couldn't take it anymore. I don't know what to do because I always work out (about 5 days a week mostly cardio and I stay at the gym average 2 hours) and I keep gaining weight. I have no problem exercising but I just eat the wrong foods. I need tips on how to lose weight fast! Any vitamins or supplements that would help aid in weight loss? Any special diets (slimfast, nutrisystem etc) that would help me the most? Really I just need ideas. I plan to start my weight loss journey tomorrow and finally get my body back...
