So, I had a miscarriage and D&C on september 15th. 4 weeks later I had ovulation symptoms and after testing negative one day, I tested positive the next day .  I am now 14 dpo, (if I actually ovulated) and had a negative digital pregnancy test. I started noticing some EWCM yesterday and took 2 opk and both were positive (Solid Smiley) I guess I wondering even if I didnt ovulate after the first positive ovulation test wouldnt I still get my period ? Is there a chance I could be pregnant? Just curious and confused. Any insight or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated :)
