SO dragging his feet about a bigger house

So we have been talking about getting a different house since we dont really have space for the baby. He keeps dragging his feet, saying lets wait for a good lot and just custom build rather than get into a very desirable new neighborhood with excellent schools. I get it, its a big purchase but at this rate the baby will be 6 mo old before he decides.... we will be super cramped for the next 18 months. If we dont decide soon all the lots in this neighborhood will be gone. Ugh, how have you ladies convinced your man to just pull the trigger?!
