Carpal Tunnel Relief??
I have awful carpal tunnnel this pregnancy! I had it with my first, but just in 1 hand and only wore a brace for a week and was fine. This time it's both hands, my right hand is so bad I could cry. My hand and thumb are THROBBING and the brace isnt working. Does anyone know what I can do to help relieve some of this pain?
