What can be done to help my boyfriend last longer

My boyfriend and I have been dating for a year now. I gave my virginity to him so when we first started having sex there was nothing I was really looking for, nothing to compare it too I guess. He lasts usually 2-3 minutes!!!!! I rarely orgasm and he knows that and it makes him insecure, it makes me so sad that he gets insecure about it.. Sex isn't so important to me but I wanna help him if there is any way? For both of us 😂
