Insanely painful UTI help?!?!?!?!?

Does anyone else get constant UTIs??? Are they ever really painful for you? What are some ways to help relieve the pain because I have no way to the doctors at the moment given its only 5am and I haven't slept yet because of how uncomfortable I am and my constant trips to the toilet!! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

I got them chronically due to a kidney issue. New studies say cranberry juice doesn't help,  but that's my go - to.  Just get the one with low sugar or not a fruit mix. No soda! Dehydration makes it worse.   Azo is the best. It's a pill that relieves the symptoms in less than an hour,  so you can make it to a Dr's appt to get antibiotics. They stock it and several others like it at walmart. For prevention,  use those flushable moist towelette thingys instead of toilet paper and wear cotton panties (no thongs!). Cranberry tablets help as well.  If you can't go to walmart and get azo right now, heat really helps.  Put a hot pad on where you would for period cramps. 
This comes from 10 years of chronic infections. I stopped getting them when I went to the paleo diet. However, that was for my kidney issues, not the side effects of the infections.

Drink a ton of water and cranberry juice. Also wear loose fitting underwear and pants. Make sure you keep getting your urine checked. My infection got real bad and I had fake labour pains because of it.

To be honest, and I know someone is going to bitch at me about this, I had a uti so bad that I took an advil. I think I was second trimester? And it was just one. Medication risks are usually if used constantly. 
Am I telling you to take a medication that's been told to us isn't safe? No. But I am saying if you find yourself desperate enough that you do it, don't feel bad. Others have done it too (and baby girl is 100% fine)

Anywho other things I do is drink a TON of water. I know peeing probably hurts but the more you can flush put the better. Also if you have any of the cream that comes in the box with Monistat, you can use some of that. Sometimes that takes the pain away. 
Also, Tylenol is pregnancy safe so you can take that as well for pain
