backache?

I'm nearly 11 weeks pregnant and I have server backache to the point I can no longer do basic things, on the right side of my back I can feel it's all tense too, is there anything I can reduce it? Doesn't help as I have a mischievous 19 month old either and she can't walk yet due to brain damage so I'm constantly bending and picking her up 😩

I had that too. Like so much pain and frustration that I wanted to punch a wall. EVENTUALLY it calmed down a little so there's hope. Since you're so active with your other little one, try an ice pack held in place with an ace bandage wrapped around you. Also, your allowed tylenol if you're comfortable taking it. When you sleep, put a pillow between your knees. I started doing that and I think it helps. Heating pads do nothing for me but make me hot.
