PLEASE READ I'M 29 WEEKS

I'm sorry if the title freaked you out. But I'm worried because I wiped before when I went to the bathroom and there was fresh coloured blood. I'm only 29weeks, and trying to stay calm. Should I monitor it as it wasn't a lot? I was a little crampy before.. Any advice would be appreciated greatly. My baby girl is still moving around which has made me feel calmer
