Garcinia cambogia!!?? Anyone taken it?

Had anyone here tried the garcinia cambogia to help with weight loss?? If so did it work at all? Just looking for some weight loss boost help!! 🤗

Nope didn't help. My SO and I have been trying these shakes that are meal supplements. You drink 5 a day and don't eat meals they give you all the nutrients you need and fill you up. I'm pregnant so I only use them when I'm like super hungry in the middle of the night to try and keep my weight under control. It's actually helped me to lose a couple pounds while pregnant which my doctor told me I needed to do. The shakes we use are high in protein and nutrients and very very low in calories.
