What is your 5 week olds sleeping pattern overnight?

Is your baby sleeping any length of time overnight? My baby sleeps about 3 hours at a time but stirs inbetween feeds (3-4 hourly). He doesn't settle until about 23.00-00.00 then is up around 2.00-300am for a feed then 6-7am roughly.

Last night was our best night yet!

She went a 5 hour stretch, then 2.5, then 3. From the hours of 9pm-7:30am.

Typically, however, she is wanting to eat every 2-3 hours (EBF)... sooo tired all the time!

We're feeding every 2-3 hours. She was feeding every hour for a while (I'm guessing crazy growth spurt) so I'll take it but I can't wait until she sleeps longer.

My LO is 5 weeks as well. Usually feeds beteeen 11-11:30pm, then anytime between 4-5am, then 7-8am ish.

6pm-1am 1am-4/5am then awake for the day 7 or 8am

Exact same as you. 
He doesn't settle until midnight ish and then wakes every 2 to 3 hours for a feed. 
I've been trying to make bed time a little earlier however that's resulted in a backlash the last two nights and he's been awake for a good hour + after his 2/3am feed and I've been left shattered. 
Problem is, his midnight schedule was making me so tired, clustering until then and then he's awake for the day at 9/10am and of course he's not waking for his feeds but I am and then I'm awake for a while after because he has reflux so either I have to keep him upright for a bit or I wake up before his feed and get a pumped bottle ready with gaviscon mixed in. 
Sigh, he's always slept all the way through the night waking only for 2/3hourly feeds and now at close to 7 weeks he's started to mess about at night. Stressing. No idea why this is happening.
