Do you sleep naked

I just watched a video on the healthy side of sleeping naked. There a lot of benefits including neurological improvement, decreasing amount of time it take to get to sleep, being more healthy for women who are prone to yeast infections and helps men's sperm count. So...I posed the question. Why or why not?

I LOVE to sleep naked, but I have a German shepherd that sheds like crazy so I'm always nervous to sleep naked because I'm worried I'll get dog hair all over my downstairs and get some kind of infection 😂

No. Because i get cold and love being the pig in the blanket lol. Not only that but because of emergencies. I was raised to always be alert through the night just in case u have to get up and get out. U wont have time to get dressed when there is a fire or another emergency. I atleast sleep with a tshirt and panties

I live in a place that gets very cold in the wintertime. Sometimes, warm PJ's are a must. However, I sleep naked often, and it is my preferred method of sleeping.
