pets and pregnancy

Does anyone else have a pet that is acting up now that you're pregnant? Every since I found out I'm pregnant I've noticed my dog has been following me everywhere, he's there when I brush my teeth, when I'm showering, if I'm cooking he's right there (that one not so surprising or out of the ordinary) if I leave the room he most likely is right behind me. And he has been having  accidents in the house which never happens! Do you think he can sense something is up and that's why he's acting different
