Do kegels and pelvic tilts! As much as possible! I didn't know this but symphisis pubic pain is real and such horrific pain! And I wish I did more work outs to strengthen my self! I'm currently icing my vajayjay and can barely find a comfortable position to lay down because of this pain! I'm 32 weeks btw! You have been warned! (Not everyone gets this!!! But don't bank on that!)
