coughing really bad, feels like contractions

I've had bronchitis and it's slowly getting better but this morning I woke up in a coughing fit. It's been about an hour and the pressure and pain I feel is really intense. It's dull with occasional sharp shooting pains in my lower abdomen and side abdomen. Thinking maybe I shook some stuff up from coughing? But it really feels similar to mini contractions. I'm 24.5 weeks. Should I be concerned?
