Breathable Crib Liner vs bumper pad

Which type of bumper should I use? Any recommendations, my baby is 3 months old she Is going to be 4 months in a few days and at first  didn't have any bumper pad  around the crib so what happened she got her arm stuck twice and her leg once in between the bars. so what I did was I had to put a blanket go inside out in between the bars and tuck it down to the mattress so she wouldn't be able to pull it out.
