how do I know if it's an Evap line?!

Question

Took hpt and then had to call my daughters doctor. I came back to check the test, an obvious negative. So i fixed my daughter lunch and went back to the bathroom and it's definitely a faint positive now (less than 20 minutes) but the test says do not read after 10 minutes... 
I really don't want to take my sick child out to the store right now 😩

So I took another one and it was negative. 
But I dipped it in a cup instead of peeing on it because I was scared I wouldn't have enough pee.

It's probably positive. Early on my tests were showing negative within the allowed time window but a faint line would show up like 10 minutes after the test. It had never happened to me before when they were really negative and sure enough, I was pregnant. A few days later the line showed up right away.

I would get a pink dye when you can. That's a really pretty blue line for an evap but I don't want to get your hopes up.

I'm pretty sure it's a positive. Evans aren't that dark and thick. Test again and good luck.
