How far would you travel after 37 weeks?

I know we're told not to travel long distances after a certain point, but what about just traveling an hour or so? I just scheduled my last hair appt (45 min to an hour away) for the week before Christmas when I'll be about 37 weeks. I would schedule it earlier but I'm a teacher and I'll be on Christmas break then. How far is ok to "travel" at that point?

I think that would be just fine. I'm traveling 45 minutes at 38 weeks (for Christmas) and my doctor said no long distance traveling (2+ hours). That's just my experience though.

I would be SOL on a no travel list as we live over an hour away from everything since we live on an island in the middle of nowhere on the mississippi river

45 to an hour should be no problem thats really not that long in the car
