Stabbing pain in lower abdomen..

I just got a stabbing pain in my lower abdomen first all over my lower abdomen then got quick waves on stabbing pains on my left side of my lower abdomen, I got a peak opk on 10/30 then a vfl on an opk the very next day so I really dont think this is ovulation, what else could it be? I've never felt this before.. Can ovulation take place 4 days after your peak ?

Btw, I'm NOT saying I'm pregnant so please no rude comments , I'm just curious as to what this could be...
