maybe I'm crazy?

Trying for rainbow baby, and I've had some weird symptoms since 3dpo. Tired, nausea, vomited once, sensitive boobs. On 5dpo I started having what felt like pinching in my uterus. And also some pain in my right pelvic area that last for less than a minute and goes away. Increasing appetite and more frequent urination!  I don't really know what to think! Anyone had anything similar and it turn into BFP??
