period symptoms but no period after mc

I've been having period symptoms for about a week now. Boobs getting full, cramping, loose stool but no blood. Idk if I should be expecting it or what is going on?!  My period is normally around this time but I assumed since the miscarriage happened my period would be thrown off. I just stopped spotting around the 29th of October from the mc. So I'm confused. Lol has anyone else had a "phantom" like period after miscarriage?!
