late but no BFP!!

I'm on CD 38 6 days over due with so much nausea I was even throwing up day before yesterday but I tested twice but BFN I also went to my primary yesterday they won't do blood test said it's too early they scheduled me for next week if I don't get my period but I want to know plus I'm spotting light pink mixed with sticky creamy discharge but No cramps nothing like AF I know it's there please ladies give me some advice I'm so anxious I just want to know 😞
