Dark chocolate to induce labor?

So I heard of dark chocolate to induce labor. Is this something that really works or is it just hocus pocus? Let me know if it worked for you or if you just wound up with treating yourself in the end.

So I never heard of that but I was curious so I looked it up. Apparently it's because the caffeine in the chocolate is thought to act as a laxative, in turn causing contractions. While it may work to trigger uterine contractions, it's more likely to cause heartburn than labor
