Miscarriage...? Waiting game 😒

I am supposed to be 6.5-7.5 weeks by dates. I got my first positive home pregnant test two and a half weeks ago. I'm still testing strong positive. I had an early scan today and the tech had to do an internal scan. She said she could see the black sac like area but nothing in it. She showed me an it was just an empty black space. She said she had to rule it inconclusive as the sac was measuring small, about five weeks. I have to go back in two weeks. Between now and then I could miscarry, or when I go back either there is a baby or there isn't, if not I'll have to take the tablets to force it. I've spent soo long crying since she told me. I'm just so tired, I don't even know anymore. It's like my first pregnancy all over again, I should be grateful I have a heads up but I'm supposed to go back to work Monday and I don't even know what to do. I am so lost right now 😢
