what is on my son eyelid

He was born with this red mrak on his eyelid. What is it ?  I thought it is a kind of allergy and will take time and disappear ,but he is 1 month 23 days and still exist

My dr called them a stork kiss, most go away completely within a year or so. My son had it on eyelid and forehead and you can still kinda see it especially when he's mad but it's almost complete gone and he just turned one last Saturday

I was told it's called a stork bite. Like a birth mark. They go away though. My daughters went away when she was about 7 months old. She still has it on the back of he neck though and it flares up when she cries and I don't think that ones going to go away.
