did anyone else?

I just found out I'm pregnant and the whole week I was having quite a bit of cramps and a sharp pain on my lefts ovaries. But other than that nothing. Did anyone else have this? I didn't think about mentioning it to my doctor when I was making my appointment. My ultrasound is in two weeks so she said just live normal for now.
