allergic reaction?

I started feeding my baby 6 days  ago. This is what I did (all home made purée)

Sat: sweet potato dinner 
Sun: sweet potato dinner 
Mon: sweet potato dinner 
Tues: sweet potato dinner 
Wednesday sweet potato breakfast , banana dinner
Thurs: banana breakfast, sweet Potato dinner 
Fri: banana breakfast

However he stopped pooping Wednesday so I got nervous and decided to try pears for dinner today (Friday) because I read they can help your baby go. And this happened :

Is this an allergic reaction??? And is it the pears??? And what do I do?!?!

Do I take him to ER (doctor office closed) or do I just monitor him. He's in a great mood! And is feeding off me now! Ah idk!!

I would think this is a reaction.  Bananas can cause babies to get constipated so that may be the reason for the no poop. We were told to get 100% pure pear juice.  You can find it in the organic section of the grocery store not the from concentrate kind.  Maybe try that instead of the fruit or try white grape juice diluted with water.  Good luck.  I would still call when the doctors office opens.
