HELP!

Hello everyone :) I have a question. Me and my fiancé started TTC and this is the 1st time. I'm past ovulation and I should be able to test in about 3-5 days. For the past few days I've felt sick to my stomach, cramping a tiny bit, my lower back is a little sore, and I'm EXHAUSTED! But, I have also been getting headaches and then nosebleeds??? I've NEVER had nosebleeds. Some of my friends and family said that, that happens to some women when they're pregnant. Have you experienced this or do you know someone that has? I'm confused and I don't want to jinx myself by getting my hopes up. Please feel free to share your thoughts and feelings below :) Thank you everyone in advance! :)
