bleeding during sex

Hey! So, I've been a relationship for a little over a month now, and my girlfriend (I'm a girl too) bleeds EVERY time we have sex. Usually, it's a lot - my fingers are covered in blood sometimes. A few weeks ago, she texted me telling me she'd gotten "a second period" and this has only happened to her since we've been together. Has anyone experienced this? Am I doing something wrong?
