What does this mean and I am worried

I went to the doctor today and they couldn't see how far I was and they had to order a special ultra sound for me and also the doctor said that she will give me until next week to see and that maybe also the baby might be in a different tube. What does that mean

They should be explaining things to you good and proper so you understand, maybe it's too early to see anything and they have a thought that it may be in your tube.. I'm hoping everything does turn out ok but just be prepared but If there was anything serious I should think you would know by now so no need to be so alarmed yet x

How long ago was your last period and when did you have the sex that you believe lead to conception? It could just be too early to see anything on the screen, an ectopic pregnancy, a chemical pregnancy, etc. I wouldn't panic until you hear back from your dr, as it won't do you any good to stress yourself out. Even if it does end up being a miscarriage, it's not your fault. Good luck & I hope everything turns out well!
