They all say my baby is so fussy😩

My son is 4 months old, and he is so so super fussy 24/7, being completely honest most of my days are spent being unhappy and stressed. He barely has any happy moments, he has colic, which he is on medication for, he's been on every medication. Every single person that has met my son have said he the fussiest baby they have ever met, I don't think people enjoy our company because it's just my son moaning for the whole visit. It's been 4 long months of moaning, whinging and crying. Health visitor and doctor have advised me and I've done everything they've said and still no improvement of his constant moaning. I thought having a child was meant to be enjoyable, I dread everyday because I know what's to come. No time to myself, not even to do some dishes, the only time I get to myself is when he has his 15 min nap for the day. Why does it seem like my baby is a nightmare compared to everyone else's, like not joking, everyone I meet up with says 'wow your baby is super fussy' or 'what a grumpy baby' . I don't know what to do anymore with him, I've done everything😩
