Can someone tell me what all wic offers? My baby is a month old today and I'm getting desperate to provide :/

They provide healthy staple food items. Beans, cheese, peanut butter, eggs, milk, 100% fruit juices, healthy cereals, fresh veggies etc.... for babies they provide formula and baby cereals, baby food. It changes as they grow.

I get 9 cans of formula each month shes 2 almost 3 months. I also get for my 3 yr old. Milk. Bread. Cheese. 36 ounces of cereal yogurt eggs. Juice. Beans and 8$ of fresh veggies or fruit. I also get for myself 11$ veggies and fruit. Milk peanut butter eggs cheese yogurt beans juice bread. I am.not breastfeeding but my personal checks will be done with when baby is 6 months old.
