what is this? It's slightly hard in some places. My period has been much heavier this time, with a few nickle sized globs on my pad. More and worse cramps than usual too. Help :(

Bag that go to the doctor ASAP they can test that and see what it is and you can get the medical attention you need if in fact was a miscarriage. Please see a doctor literally no one here can give you the help/advise you need.

Im pretty sure that's a blood clot. I get them all the time when my period gets really heavy. But it wouldn't hurt to go see your doctor and ask about it, if it's something else

No one can say "definitely" a miscarriage unless you knew you were pregnant. It could be any kind of issue. Or just a odd period from any number of factors. Take a pregnancy test, it will still show positive if you were. If it's positive go to your doctor so they can guide you.

It looks like you might have misscarried! My friend called me one day, and told me to come over, and this is what she showed! She went to the OB/GYN, that same day and found out she misscarried!! I would go to find out ASAP!!!'

Don't let anyone tell you this is a miscarriage for sure because I had a big clot like this at 7 weeks and went to the hospital and my baby is healthy and living. Now I'm not saying get your hopes up either but definitely don't give up. I hate when people give a definitive answer. You won't have a real true answer until you go to the doctor. So many people on here told me I definitely had a miscarriage before and they were all wrong.

Looks like a miscarriage. If there was a chance of you being pregnant. You could still take a test to see, it should still show positive if you are experiencing a miscarriage. Or you can go see a DR. 
If you were actively ttc then I'm really sorry and I wish you luck in your next attempt. But if you're not actively ttc then I would try to not be too upset over it. Miscarriage are super common and most people miscarry before even realizing they're pregnant. Unless you're actively ttc try not to stress over it. It happens. Maybe get on birth control if you aren't already on it, if pregnancy isn't a option right now.

It also could be clots- I've never had sex, and I had similar things happen to me. I would, however, see a Doctor about it.

Everyone stop telling this women she's had a definite miscarriage. We don't know that for a fact, no one would know except for a doctor. So I say just advise her to seek out to one.
