is it safe to continue Nexium while pregnant?

Ever since I found out I was pregnant I stopped taking my Nexium that I've been taking everyday for years. I won't be able to see a doctor for a few weeks to ask if it's safe to continue. Ever since I stopped taking it I have extreme heart burn & nausea.. I don't even want to eat. Ugh. Is it best to just wait it out and see what the doctor says or go back to taking it? What are your thoughts?
