Won't stop crying 😭

Help me, mommas! I'm at a loss here. FTM, my baby is 13 weeks old tomorrow. We've never had any major problems before - typical baby fussiness, gas issues earlier on, but he's a pretty good natured baby for the most part! He's been getting just a bit fussier than usual the past couple days leading up to this. Then he woke up at 2am today and has been miserable since then... and now by tonight we've reached the point of just screaming bloody murder nonstop. I can get him to stop for a bit by nursing him, he'll eventually fall asleep nursing, but the second I try to move him... He just wails and wails! Doesn't want to be held, doesn't want to be put down... 😔

I love my son but I am exhausted and can't stay up letting him comfort nurse all night. I know this age is too young to let babies cry it out but what other options are there if your baby literally won't stop crying for anything? I don't even know what to try. S.O.S.!

Has anyone else gone through a transformation like this that could advise maybe why, too? He doesn't have a fever or seem to be sick, I thought it could just be a growth spurt but we've done plenty of those by now and never been like this... I feel terrible that my happy baby has suddenly become inconsolable!
