Is this a growth spurt?

Lilia is 3 weeks tomorrow, and for the past three days she has been up every hour on the hour to feed from 12 to 6am. Today it started at 12am and now we are 11 hours in. It is only about 10 minutes each feed, and then when I go to change her diaper and switch breasts, she is too sleepy and won't latch. At her last appointment she was gaining about an oz a day and she pees and poops just fine.

I'm a student and have got to get homework done! Is this a growth spurt and is there anything I can do? The few minutes she's awake she is one fussy babe. Before this she NEVER cried. I'm having a hard time getting her comfortable enough to sleep that hour.
