Implantation spots anyone had this?

Hey ladies. I'm new to Glow. Husband and I are TTC. This maybe TMI but I had a few red spots on my underwear at 6pdo and today I'm 10dpo. Spotting was only litterly 2-3 very small dots. Happened twice 2 days in a row. I'm always regular and never spot. Not supposed to start till Friday and today in Mon...could it have been implantation bleeding? I felt like it was almost a dark red/brownish color. And when I wiped nothing was there so it happened when I was unaware and if I wasn't paying close attention to my underwear then I may have never even noticed it. I know my body and I never spot bleed in between Cycles. I have been sexually active throughout my fertile cycle. I'm really hoping it was implantation bleeding I've also had other symptoms. I'm just not a hundred percent sure and this 2ww is just killing me. If you did have implantation bleeding what did it look like? The spots that I had was a little smaller than dime size. I took a test yesterday it was negative but it's way too early to even be testing. And I for one definitely know that you can take pregnancy test way too early because in 2013 when I had my last child I was taking pregnancy test and they were coming up negative I waited about 5 days and took another one and sure enough I was pregnant so I'm just wondering if over analyzing every little detail for no reason or if I might actually be pregnant.
