HE'S FINALLY HERE ♥

I was scheduled to be induced at 5 am Monday morning, November 7th. I was already 1cm & 80% effaced. Around 8am, my water was broken and things got serious.

I am a first time mom & went into this delivery with an open mind for natural or an epidural depending on how I felt. When my contractions brought me to tears at 3cm, I gave into the epidural. It was the best thing for me & I almost wish I hadn't waited so long. For all mommies who go natural, I applaud you from my hospital bed lol.

At 11:30, I was 3 cm. By 1:15, 15 minutes from my next check, I felt the need to push bc he was so close. Sure enough, she checked and I was fully dilated and ready to go. I started pushing around 1:40 & he entered the world at 1:59pm.

He is THE most perfect thing I've ever laid my eyes on & I love him more than life already. He has lots of hair & his eyebrows show everything he is feeling/thinking.. Just like me. He took to breast feeding immediately & has been the talk of the labor floor all day 😊
