My birth story ; long post

So i woke up with 10 mins apart contractions at 3am on sunday. Been having contractions on and off all day and in the night they were 5 mins apart. I went to the hospital to get checked ; i was 3cm dilated and 50% effaced. But monitor was not picking up my contractions as i am in labor so they send me back home. At home contractions were back to 10 mins apart all night and next day till afternoon. I was walking and doing last min stuff at home. By the evening contractions were extremely intense and was having lot of pressure. At 7pm my water broke with one extremely painful contractions, straight after we head to the hospital which was like 10 mins drive and got checked there i was at 5cm and my contractions were at 1-2 mins. My mind was set to go for drug free labor , but i gave up on one time coz contractions were so bad even i couldn't breathe in b/w. So anaesthesia doc came and was going to give me epidural with his things ready in his hand , all paperwork was signed. Right before my doc came and checked me , guess what i was fully dialted, so i was enable to have epidural and in few seconds they got set me to push. After 20 mins of pushing baby girl was born. Weighted 7 pounds and 20 inchs long. She is perfect , in love with her. By the way i was 39 weeks exactly.
