Would you induce?

I'll be 40 weeks in 2 days, on Thursday the 10th. I see my Dr. that day, and I'm going to ask for a sweep. I'm also considering setting up an induction date. I have GD and a pitting edema on my stomach that is really uncomfortable. I'm considering inducing on Nov 15th. I really want a natural as possible birth but I'm so done being pregnant. The baby is already measuring 8lbs and my husband goes on medical leave tomorrow. I don't want to waste a bunch of his leave without the baby here. What do you think?
