anyone else have a uterine septum?

I am 8 weeks pregnant, but today during my first ultrasound it was discovered that my uterus has a septum, making the shape of my uterus more like a kidney bean or the letter "c".  The doctor said she is optimistic because the baby implanted into the uterus and not the septum, but the septum can grow as the baby and uterus do.  And it can cut off the blood supply to the baby if it gets too large.  I am just so nervous because I have already had a miscarriage at 14 weeks.    Has anyone successfully brought a baby to term while having a uterine septum?     That "blob" like structure in the middle of my uterus is the septum...
