Circumcision or no circumcision?

So we found out today that we are having a BOY!!! I've had this conversation with a few people I hold in high regard. However, is Westerners are one of the only ones that circumcise for medical reasons. Speaking with some they say there is a medical reason for it but a lot of more holistic type people say it's unnecessary. Without tmi my husband and his brothers are not circumcised and my husband doesn't have any issues with it and believes as long as you teach a little boy young how to clean themselves properaly it shouldn't be an issue. What do you think?
