30w3d when our son came *kicking* into the world

30w3d when our son came *kicking* into the world! At 28w4d I found out I had a DVT Blood clot in my leg and it sent me into preterm labor. The drs were able to stop the contractions and everything seemed to be going great. I was experiencing Braxton hicks contractions every morning, but after going pee, drinking some water, and moving around the contractions would settle down and I wouldn't feel any for the rest of the day. Then a Wednesday morning came just like any other. Woke up to a contraction and went to go pee. While peeing, I noticed that I had some brownish discharge. I didn't think too much of it but put on just a panty liner and went back to bed. Weirdly, I kept waking up to contractions (about one an hour) it was nothing too alarming but enough to mention something to my husband. He told me that I probably just am having a bad morning and to try and sleep it off. All morning I was dealing with this "cramping" feeling but still wasn't worried. Around 4pm a friend (and she is also an RN) came over to watch a movie. I told her about what was going on and she told me to go in and get checked because it sounded like preterm labor to her. I kinda just laughed at her and kept saying that I was fine. After our movie we all joined another couple for dinner. It was about 630pm at this point and I was struggling to eat. I got up in the middle of dinner to use the rest room and my panty liner was full of pinkish/red discharge. When I got back to our table, I finally admitted to my husband and friends that there might be something wrong. I insisted that we finish dinner then I would go in. My friend started timing my contractions and they were 5-7 minutes apart. After finally coming to terms, I was brought into the hospital and was checked for dialation. While the nurse was saying "your about 4.5- 5 cm dia- woah!" (While pulling her hand back) I responded with what is woah and what's going on. She told me that something just kicked or pushed her hand out of there and it wasn't the head, and that my bag was bulging. She then ordered an ultrasound and have a dr check me. At this time it was about 11pm. When the ultrasound showed that it was baby's feet that were right by my cervix, I remember looking at the dr and waiting for her to say something. She then said she was going to see how far I was dilated. The dr only stuck her fingers in part was before she locked eyes with me and said okay, your going to be okay, but we have a change of plans. I then asked what was happening. She said that baby's feet were all the way through my cervix and that since baby is breached and I am on blood thinners I couldn't have a normal c-section, but that I would have to be put under fully and that we would be parents very soon. A bunch of people then rushed into the room and I was able to kiss my husband goodbye before they wheeled me out. I don't remember much after this point but my husband told me that they wheeled me out about 1140 and we had our SON at 1148pm. While they were preforming the c-section I was having contractions and baby's head was stuck under my ribs so they had to do a second cut, leaving me with a T c-section. I got out of recovery from being under at 130am and got wheeled into the NICU to meet our son. Again, I don't remember much besides being surprised it was a boy. We didn't find out and wanted it to be a surprise and oh man, this little boy was full of surprises! He weighted 3lbs 10oz, 16 3/4 inches long. It has now been 5 days and he has reached so many miles stones but has a long road ahead of him still. He is up to eating 22ml of my milk (I pump then they feed it to him in a feeding tube). He lost some weight (which is normal) and got down to 3lbs 2oz, but has already bounced back to 3lbs 5oz. Every day he is improving and we hope to have him home in the next 6-8 weeks!
