Does he like me?

I am the new kid in my school and i was sitting by myself at a lunch table because my friends weren't here yet. A guy said hi to me and sat down. Without saying anything he grabbed my pen and my binder and wrote his name in it. My friends are a saying that it is obvious but i want to have all of your opinions. Please help and comment what should i do. Thanks!
