I have really bad pain in my hips and throughout my back but mainly in my lower back glow says I'm 12 days late but I also have irregular periods and no signs of my period either and really sore breast

I have irregular periods too. I had extremely sore breasts for about a week & back pain. Ended up being AF :( It sucks that the symptoms of pregnancy and periods are very similar!! baby dust to you!!✨

Could be! Your not out till AF comes. Some women don't experience any symptoms so there is no way of knowing until you either get a positive or your period
