This is so hard

Brought baby home yesterday and the first night was miserable. He would not stop crying and when I tried to nurse him, he went ballistic and completely refused, only screaming louder. I tried to be so patient and just wait for him to calm down before trying again, to absolutely no success. The problem continued into today, he refuses to nurse. I have to squeeze it down his throat whenever he opens his mouth so that he can get even a little bit. I tried pumping for the first time and hardly anything came out even though I leak like crazy and I am so engorged and in so much pain. I just want it all out and for it to stop. Leaking milk all over the bed and all over my clothes. Plus his crying is so loud it echoes off the walls and makes my brain shake and my vision blurry. Every lactation consultant that I have called all day, even my ob, refuses to answer their phone or call me back and I feel very alone and useless.
