breast milk for a sick baby?

Would it help my sister's baby if I gave him some of my frozen breast milk? My sister and I live together and each have a baby. Mine is 3 months younger than hers. Her milk never came in and so she uses formula. Mine came in and I now have frozen over 300 ounces. She seems grossed out but I think it's better for him!

Well what I have read is that when the baby latches on to your nipple some saliva goes inside to your body and your body detects something is wrong with baby and formulates breastmilk to help them out so I would think frozen breastmilk wouldnt do anything but don't quote me and if she doesn't feel comfortable doing it even if it is in a bottle just don't push it hope baby feels better

Any breastmilk is good for a baby; all of it has at least some antibodies (among the million other benefits--it's truly liquid gold!). People donate breastmilk for other babies all the time, and in the past that's what wet nurses were for. It's definitely not gross.
