Has my milk come in?

I've been concerned because my 4 day old baby has many dirty diapers but not a good amount of wet ones. He breastfeeds at least every 2 hours and latches on very well. But I'm worried he's not getting enough. I started pumping today after breastfeeding and am getting about 1.5-2 oz each time from both breasts combined. Is this milk or just colostrum? Also, if baby had very liquidy poopy diapers, does this count as "wet"?

Your baby's stomach is TINY, maybe the size of a golf ball. 1.5-2oz is great for that age: keep in mind your baby nursing is more effective than a pump, so he's getting more than that. Let him nurse on demand which will help build your supply, and I promise you will know when your milk comes in! 
He may be having more wet diapers than you think. My midwife suggested putting a square of toilet paper in the diaper and checking at every feeding or as often as you want to see if it's wet. Newborns are so small that they don't pee much! The TP trick put my mind at ease the first week or 2.

You will know when he is not getting enough he will tell you. My milk didn't come in 4 days after I gave birth and I could hear my little mans tummy growl. I took him to his first dr first and yes I only had colostrum and he was losing weight. Per dr orders I had to breastfeed and formula until my milk came in. It came in the next day lol. You can tell when your milk comes in your boobs will feel warm extra full heavy and leak. Might get a little fever too.
