Cancelling christmas and new years this year. Anyone else the same ??

I will be two weeks off my due date on new years and Christmas so I can't and won't want to travel.

My family are all splitting up doing their own thing and I live with my older sister and her fiance, as a temporary thing until the baby is born then fingers crossed I get my own place.

With everyone seeing different relatives it just leaves me and my younger sister with nothing to do so by the sounds of it our Christmas will just be me and her.

New years though will be a lonely one for me but again I don't mind, its all about celebrating and I have nothing to celebrate. This time I will be in the apartment by myself most likely .. Oh and my cat.

It will be tough for me though because this time last year my husband was here when everything was fine and perfect when I thought he was this amazing guy, so I've given up completely on celebrating it now.

That isn't bad right ?
