pregnancy question

Okay, so its 9 days before my due date & haven't dilated at all, I'm a FTM mom & I was so sad today when my doctor told me that I can't get induced until 41 weeks if she doesn't come on her due date! my body feels like its about to shut down completely. my back hurts so bad, my stomach is so heavy and Im always sick. can someone give some advice on what I can/should do. I NEED THIS BABY OUT VERY SOON 😞
