Discharge

So every time I get off my period I've been having bloody discharge. It's not like my period where there's also blood, just the discharge is bloody. I also have what looks to be like some muscle tissue too. It's been at least 2 weeks since my last period and this is still happening. It happens every single time. I also cramp during this too. It usually happens a day or a few after my period ends. Is this something I should be worried about?
